Maryland Robotics Team Has High Hopes

Jovian Concepts, Inc., is sponsoring Calvert Hall College High School Robotics Team 5588C as they head to Anaheim, California for the World Robotics Championship in April 2014. Finalists in the 2014 Maryland State Championship, the team reached out to Jovian Concepts knowing that Dr. Richard Scheper was once a student at Calvert Hall.

The Robotics program at Calvert Hall uses design kits from LEGO Mindstorms, VEX, and Tetrix to learn about programing while solving problems, mentoring younger teams, and competing both locally and nationally. Team 5588C is eager to show what they can do: http://youtu.be/sWW59y4Ch5Y
