Fostering a positive culture allows every member of our corporate family to share responsibility for the health and vibrancy of the company. Feedback from employees is an ongoing part of this active process. Through quarterly All Hands meetings allowing direct communication with Richard Scheper, personal growth plan meetings, retreats, and two unique communication paths facilitated by Section Managers and Program Leads, dialogue is ongoing. The quote in the image above, from one of the surveys we administer each year to additionally collect anonymous feedback, echoes a sentiment we're pleased to say is repeated frequently.
The common response after a recent All Hands meeting, held mostly online to allow social distance, was that the best part of the event was seeing each other's faces. The relationships created by fostering an innovative, proactive, and cohesive culture are the most important part of the corporate culture of Jovian Concepts.
