Richard Scheper, founder of Jovian Concepts, now serves as a consultant for the company along with former Vice President/Director Heather Johnson and former Director Stacey Scheper.

Jovian Concepts is in many ways a family company. Our culture is based on the values of maintaining work-life balance and interacting with each other as a family. Serving at the helm of our company is a Board of Directors upholding and fostering the mission of Jovian Concepts. Together they act as a catalyst to secure the culture, financial stability, and strategic growth of the company.

From the early days of planning the company, Richard Scheper, Heather Johnson, Michelle Marzullo, and Stacey Scheper (pictured), have worked together to to see Jovian Concepts grow from having one employee to being international and with multiple contracts. Each Director brings to Jovian Concepts a unique perspective and skill set, and all share a devotion to the company they've helped create.
