Richard Scheper, founder of Jovian Concepts, now serves as a consultant for the company along with former Vice President/Director Heather Johnson and former Director Stacey Scheper. Heather Johnson no longer serves on the Board.

Heather Johnson is a United States Air Force veteran with over 25 years of experience in the SIGINT community. She's not only a qualified Systems Engineer and Process Engineer, but she is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®). In addition to serving as Vice President and as a Director for Jovian Concepts, Ms. Johnson manages business development for the company.
Heather Johnson possesses an infectious personality and caring nature. She is generous with her time, dedicated to expanding the future of Jovian Concepts, and is a leader with a reputation for being reliable.
