Annual Founders' Dinner Celebrates Company Culture

Each year in honor of Jovian Concepts Vice President Heather Johnson's anniversary with the company, the ten most senior employees join the Board of Directors for dinner. The informal gathering around a meal provides opportunity to focus on key factors of company culture, as the senior employees set the precedent for what it means to be part of Jovian Concepts.

Much as any family would do at a special occasion, the group passes plates of shared food and tells stories of how it all started. It is a joyous evening that allows time to acknowledge those who took the risk of joining a small unknown company and then helped form the culture and reputation of Jovian Concepts. Their leadership, loyalty, expertise, and willingness to forge a path provided the foundation of Jovian Concepts.
