Get Involved with Jovian Concepts-- Late Summer 2026

Summer may be winding down, but there's still plenty going on at Jovian Concepts! This is a great time to get involved with Jovian Concepts. Take a look at some of the events happening this season and see what makes us a Top Workplace.

Our annual teambuilding retreat took Jovians and their Plus Ones to Virginia Beach where we enjoyed frequent flyovers, a pool party, and a no-holds-barred Poseidon-inspired adventure that could only rival that of the 2026 summer blockbuster The Odyssey. The summer tradition of going away together is a favorite that has been around almost as long as our company. To see all the places it takes us, be sure to follow us on social media where we've shared a lot of our favorites this summer.

Jovian sports fans are staying active this season. Jovian Concepts treated families and friends to a day of mini-golf in August and Jovians have been making frequent trips to our seats at Camden Yards in Baltimore to see the Orioles. Golf enthusiasts and volunteers are busy preparing for the twelfth Jovian Concepts Golf Tournament benefitting veterans, active military, and their families. The October 2nd event will take place at Waverly Woods Golf Course in Maryland.

Hungry? Ice cream socials and crab feasts are feeding our summer appetites. Each Jovian location has family picnic celebrations scheduled in the upcoming weeks to bring the outdoor dining season to a close. Bringing people together over food is something Jovian Concepts considers a Big Idea. It supports our Core Values and helps us get to know each other better.

The Jovian Concepts Professional Development and Personal Growth Book Club is currently reading Malcolm Gladwell's Revenge of the Tipping Point. In other club news, our Lego Enthusiasts group has been sharing summer projects, and the arts and crafts group is planning a wreath-making workshop as a follow-up to the origami session they conducted during our teambuilding retreat.

Veterans Connect, the Jovian Concepts resource group for veterans and their supporters, has been active this summer promoting parades and other recognitions of the American 250th anniversary. In conjunction with a local American Legion Post, our Veterans Connect group additionally supports a series of seasonal community events such as concerts and movie night.

It's a Big Idea to find a variety of ways to bring employees together with families and friends.

After all, Big Ideas are Jovian Concepts.
