Hitting the Books for Professional Development and Personal Growth

The Jovian Concepts Professional Development and Personal Growth Book Club brings fresh titles to our members quarterly. Moderated by PBC Guru, the book club explores trending topics in self-improvement, leadership, technology, and more. Readers vote each quarter on new titles and have an opportunity in the PBC Guru forum to discuss the writing and whether the book is relevant to their personal situations. PBC Guru regularly shares related articles or TED Talks and arranges for Author Talks a few times each year. Author Talks are a great way to get to know the hows and whys behind some of the books we read.

The book club supports both Professionalism and Personal Growth, values that Jovians identify as core to the culture at Jovian Concepts. It represents one of several ways Jovian Concepts supports the Core Values of our employees.
