Marking nine consecutive years, The Baltimore Sun names Jovian Concepts a Top Workplace based on employee feedback in an anonymous survey. One of only 166 companies to be given the honor (of over three thousand Baltimore area organizations who took the 2025 survey), Jovian Concepts demonstrates again a strong commitment to company culture.

With so much to be grateful for this year, the season of Thanksgiving provides a timely opportunity to reflect. At Jovian Concepts, we craft community involvement around the Core Values our employees identify. Often, these activities are initiated by Jovians or their Plus Ones, and the company is happy to support as they give back to the community. Volunteering increases feelings of gratitude for all involved.

Dogs, cats, a turtle, some pink-haired troll tokens, and even one jalapeno on a stick, paraded across our screens during our most recent night of online BINGO. Jovians played a variety of BINGO cards, from classic five-in-a-row to the dreaded full card, for the chance to win fun prizes. In between each round, the jokes were flying.
