Reflecting on 2025 by the Numbers

2025 is described by the numbers at Jovian Concepts.

The year 2025 brought Jovian Concepts another prime contract, several recognitions from the government and community, and a good deal of growth for our employees, personally and professionally. Join us as we reflect on 2025 with some stats that impressed us this year. Viewed together, these numbers paint a picture of who our employees really are.


Jovians are generous.

We've long known that Jovians demonstrate their Down to Earth, Up to the Challenge spirit through their generosity, but this year, even we were surprised by how many Jovians took advantage of our donation-matching benefit. A great example is that participation increased 125% in our annual donations to Wreaths Across America, honoring veterans in locations around the world.


Jovians are seen and see others.

True to our Core Values, at Jovian Concepts we use All Hands meetings, Teams, and other communications to recognize accomplishments in Professionalism, Loyalty, and Personal Growth. With small personnel sections, it's easy to notice when someone has a birthday or reaches a goal, and our Section Managers do a great job celebrating the news. We had a lot to crow about in 2025, with 30 such congratulations recorded in our monthly newsletters for personal milestones alone.


Jovians are multitalented.

Our annual teambuilding retreat provides an opportunity to focus on two other Core Values, Cohesiveness and Balance. The extended weekend near Nashville, Tennessee, opened our eyes and ears to the art of song writing. Together, Jovians created, performed, and recorded two theme songs for our company, unlocking new skills for many and revealing some hidden talents. Be on the lookout for our songs, as we will share both on social media.


Jovians are professionals.

By combining expertise with humility, Jovian Concepts creates a company people can call "home". Listening to employees has helped Jovian Concepts grow while continuing to feel like a small company. Senior level Jovians have open-door policies to encourage such listening, and the company regularly surveys employees for anonymous feedback. One such survey in 2025 revealed that 98% of the company ranks their recommendation to work at Jovian Concepts on the highest possible level. What an incredible honor!


Jovians are full of energy.

One of the many optional social benefits offered to Jovians is the Get Moving Challenge. To combat the sedentary lifestyle that threatens modern workers, Jovians challenge each other to add more movement to daily life. With novel and sometimes surprising twists on exercise routines, Jovians clocked over 192,000 minutes this year moving, stepping, dancing, and jumping.
