With a variety of activities throughout the year, from hikes to online games, from the beach to the mountains, one thing that all events have in common is the unwavering focus on Cohesiveness. One of the five Core Values employees identified as fundamental to our culture, Cohesiveness is more than just informal socializing. At Jovian Concepts, it is an important, intentional effort at every level of the company.
One highlight of our year is the annual teambuilding trip. Jovian Concepts encourages all employees to attend by covering transportation, lodging, and most meals for employees and their Plus Ones. Along with the annual winter holiday party the trip provides an opportunity for building relationships. With most of our employees working on location, getting together as one group is a key part of our culture.
Throughout the year, our social events appeal to the varied interests of employees because many stem from employee suggestions. Tech challenges and contests, sports games, picnics, game nights, dinners, brewery tours, community outreach, pirate cruises, focused retreats, mini-happy hours, golf outings, and zoo trips represent the diversity of approaches to supporting Cohesiveness at Jovian Concepts.
