Jovian Concepts Enhances 401k Benefits

At our 2022 teambuilding retreat in the Bahamas, Jovian Concepts President Richard Scheper, Ph.D., announced to employees new enhancements to the already competitive 401k benefits. Jovian Concepts now offers to all employees 8% automatic 401k contribution with no matching required.

This increased percentage enhances the existing benefits Jovians have enjoyed for several years:

Jovians are fully vested on Day 1.
Jovian Concepts provides a generous "safe harbor" contribution.
401k contributions are automatic, with no matching required.
