One of the first decisions made about Jovian Concepts (maybe or maybe not made over a few beers at a local pub) involves each employee receiving a beer stein bearing the phrase, “Big heads are on our beers, not between our ears.” This light-hearted reminder of our humility is key to the core value of Personal Growth.

The Jovian Concepts Board of Directors furthers the focus on Personal Growth by presenting the Pioneer Award and the Gerald “Mac” Stum Award for Excellence in Innovation to employees each year who grow themselves and Jovian Concepts through creative thinking and the application of new ideas.
