Get to Know Jovian Concepts: Game Night
This post is part of a series of posts highlighting various aspects of our award-winning culture at Jovian Concepts. We invite you to explore them all and Get to Know Jovian Concepts.
Longest road.
Identifying the murderer.
Building the most castles.
Sinking the battleship.
Accomplishments like these can only mean one thing: it's Game Night! Part of the cohesive culture at Jovian Concepts, Game Night looks different each time it happens. Says Jovian president Richard Scheper, "We pick games based on the number of people who show up and their familiarity with Euro-style board games and gameplay. Sometimes we play a party-style game, followed by an entry level game like Catan. Other nights we dive into a more complex game like Puerto Rico, by Rio Grande Games."
Happening several times throughout the year, Game Night includes family and friends and has been known to have multiple games going on at once, depending on the crowd. Game Night is easy to adapt and always full of surprises. Favorites include Deception, Codenames, Captain Sonar (seen below, with Catan) but most players are eager to learn new games.
Game Night represents the balance of activity type available at Jovian Concepts. From hiking and climbing to Renaissance Faires and plant nights, there is something for everyone at Jovian Concepts.
It's a Big Idea to learn new things together in a fun atmosphere.
Big Ideas are Jovian Concepts.
