Core Values Continue to Guide

It's hard to believe it's been over two years since the employees of Jovian Concepts identified the five Core Values that are central to everything we do. Balance, Professionalism, Loyalty, Personal Growth, and Cohesiveness have been part of Jovian Concepts since the company was founded in 2009. Putting the ideas into a list gave us the words to articulate what is most important about our mission and culture.

To be included in the final five, a value had to be generated by the employees and be evident as a founding value of Jovian Concepts. So even when the list was new, the words and what they represent seemed familiar.

Our Core Values continue to guide leadership, affect actions, and influence decisions at Jovian Concepts. They are a key part of our strong company culture.

Reflecting often on our Core Values is a Big Idea. And as we like to say around here, Big Ideas are Jovian Concepts.
