Events are springing up all around us this season! If you're curious about what the award-winning culture at Jovian Concepts is like, this is the perfect time to get to know us. Get involved with spring activities at Jovian Concepts.

Baseball season is in full swing (see what we did there?) in most of our locations, where Jovians enjoy free tickets on us. In Okinawa, it's time for basketball, and the tickets are still courtesy of Jovian Concepts!

Jovian Concepts supports the community in a variety of ways in season. The annual gala fundraiser for the Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC) shows off the many programs serving our region that make folks say, "Wow, I didn't know CCBC offers that!" Jovian Concepts is pleased to support accessible education through the offerings at CCBC and is sponsoring the 11th Maryland Collegiate STEM Conference along with Johns Hopkins University. The conference is held this year at CCBC and features student and faculty demonstrations of innovation in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.

This season also provides an opportunity to support an employee-led "Movie Night" drive for the Casey Cares Foundation. This yearly pajama drive helps families of homebound or hospitalized children create fun memories. Supporting causes that are meaningful to employees is one of the many ways Jovian Concepts lives out our Core Value of Loyalty.

Tax season is a great time for our employees to have the opportunity to learn about our benefits through special seminars and through the chance to meet with our financial advisor. Employees can also learn, on our internal resources page, tips for financial literacy, how to best use a Health Savings Account, and why our financial advisor says our 401k contribution is the best in town. Taking advantage of such perks helps each Jovian maximize their benefits and supports our Core Value of Personal Growth.

Our employee groups are active this season. The Lego Enthusiasts swap tips for using Lego flowers as allergen-free Easter decor. The JoviYarn Crafters are sharing their talents in a hands-on session for Jovians and Plus Ones who want to learn how to use sewing machines. And our Sell-and-Swap team is poised for spring cleaning! The Get Moving Challenge is in the middle of a call to 'get outside' in any type of weather, so Jovians are dodging spring raindrops while reaping the benefits of the fresh air.

Jovians celebrating seven or more years with the company meet each April for the Founders Dinner with Plus Ones. The shared anniversary meal is a favorite tradition, bringing in Jovians from multiple locations to reminisce and laugh the night away. Like the AFCEA 5K, our spring All Hands meeting, and the data call for our annual summer teambuilding retreat, these annual signs of spring at Jovian Concepts remind us that there is something for everyone in our lively company culture.

It's a Big Idea to offer a variety of ways for employees to feel valued and included.
